Hi Rich,
there are two minor bugs in the third part of your tutorial.
In the declaration of the popup menu the label attributes in the
plugin.xml should read label="&Insert" and label="&Subtopic" resp.

Thanks, Henrik. That's how it is in the actual plugin manifest, and even
within the source of the <pre>formatted section in the wiki, so not sure how
to get it to show up as &
