Hi,

I want to merge two different metamodels on the M2 level and want to receive a third metamodel as output. So far I found a couple of model merging/transformation alternatives (ATL, EML) but I think these need a third and pre-defined metamodel for merging. With ATL, for example, I can merge a model A (based on MM-A) and a model B (based on MM-B) to a model C (based no MM-C). But MM-C need to be defined first.

In other words, I want to merge, for instance, MM-A and MM-B according to some rules to a third MM-C. This MM-C should contain selected elements from MM-A and MM-B (as defined in the merge rules).

Is there a simple way to achieve this behaviour with any Eclipse-based tool?
