No Property pages for (error) [message #92932]

Eclipse User

Since a recent update, I am unable to change properties of the projects
(existing ones or the newly created ones). If I select properties option
from the menu or the right click menu, I get an error "No property pages
for <name of the object>

The version I am using right now is 3m3 on W2K.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
