Hi all,

Is Eclipse 3.1 using Java 5.0? I tried writing a for/in statement (as
noted in "Java In A Nutshell"), but Eclipse gives me an error.

Thanks,

Albert

Albert,

Have you set your compiler compliance level to 1.5? Go to
Window->Preferences->Java->Compiler and change the Compiler compliance
level to 1.5, in order to use the new language constructs introduced in
Java 5.0.

Hope this helps,
- Jeff

Thanks for all your guys' help. Jeff, you were right on the money, I just
installed it and the default version was 1.4 . I set it to 5.0 and it's
working now. Thanks for all your help again. :)
