But I want at runtime means when u run the application using run as..
Eclipse Application.

There i want to add palette dynamically to the exiting palette.

I wonder if there is a way to add dynamically new components to the GMF
palette without having to regenerate code every time.

Hello IMRAN,

Do you mean, then diagram editor is opened you have to change palette contents
on receiving some events from UI? Otherwise AFAIU you can implement your
custom PaletteProvider to dynamically fill the palette contents.
