I just installed VE 1.0.1.1 via "Software Updates" and could start VE but
after creating a new JFrame class no Frame was displayed.
So I uninstalled it and tried to install VE 1.0.2.1 manually but the plug-in
didn't show up in the configuration console. After uninstalling and manually
installing everything again - with the same result (nothing showed up in the
config console) - I hit the "show disabled features"-button and there all my
missing plugins appeared.
By enabling it everything works fine now. So maybe VE 1.0.2.1 was disabled
by default when I first installed it manually.
