Hi everybody!
Could you please give me a quick hint how to write scripts for
applications outside eclipse. I mean we are developing not a plug-in
project that can then be added to eclipse, but a standalone application,
so to speak. The problem is that I cannot figure out how to run the TPTP
recorder, so that it records GUI tests for our application.
Do I have to make a build that includes all the TPTP staff for that? Or
for example, if I want to launch the application from eclipse (run), do
I have to add all the TPTP staff as well, to record a script?
Thanks very much in advance for your help.

Hi Peter,
The TPTP Automated GUI Recorder (AGR) currently supports only Eclipse
applications (e.g. plug-ins). Support for RCP applications is our next goal
(see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=114159). For more
information see
http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/test/documents/userguides/Intro- Auto-GUI-4-4-0.html.
