Regarding the AIE themes, I think there are two aspects.
The technical one, would be to transform their appearance and theme
definitions to the RAP CSS theming files.
Reusing the AIE files isn't possible as far as I can judge this. On
this way one would probably need to enhance the "themability" of the
RAP widgets - which is a good thing and already on our mind for
version 1.2.
The second is that I couldn't find a license and don't even know if
we would need a compatible license or if we - as we only mimic their
styles - could just ignore this issue.
