Hello
I've added a new extension location directory ( with plugins, features
subdirrectories + .eclipseextension )
unzip WTP plugins with its prerequisites, everything working with J2EE
perspective .
now I add a new extension location for Visual editor plugin, eclipse
restarted but now I can't find any Visual editor features in the "
customize perspective " same for J2EE
I disabled the new VE extension location, but it does not solve it
any hints ?
thanks
hicham.

VE does not have it's own perspective. It functions within the normal
Java perspective. Simply go to New->Visual Class to launch it. Also
make sure you have the required versions of GEF and EMF installed if it
is not working.
