Dear All working on the EMF Compare,

I have just downloaded & started playing with Europa & was wondering

A) If there will be a Europa build of compare soon or

B) If the current one will work with a Europa build eclipse/EMF etc.

TIA

Adam

Hi Adam,

EMF compare will work with Callisto and Europa, the previous build for
instance works seamlessly in Europa.
Though we found bugs in the merge support but it's now fixed and it will be
provided for the next build (coming this week).

http://www.eclipse.org/emft/projects/compare/#compare

Once this release is done we'll start breaking things adding three ways
comparison support.

Ah great....

BTW the update site at

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/emft/updates/site-int erim.xml

Appears to be broken.

BTW as a second question, when is it planned that Compare should become
part of the std EMFT set i.e. appear n the std EMF Updates site (As
opposed to an integration build etc)?

As soon as we get our release build, it should arrive really soon :)
