I downloaded the all-in-one and got the same problem. I deleted
..metadata from my workspace - after that everything works.. at least for
now.

If you get error in PHP Explorer which starts like this

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/eclipse/php/internal/core/includepath/IIncludepathListen er
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source)

It may be caused by hidden or write-protected .project file. And i think
TortoiseSVN has a habit to modify .something files to hidden.

This is what caused problems in my case. Maybe there should be better
error to user than traceback? :)

Have you tested your theory by un-write-protecting said .project file,
and/or .svn files/folders?

Hehe, i forgot to mention it :) Yes, un-write-protecting the file
(un-hidden whatever) solves the problem.
