Although I'm not Bill Gates, there is a possibility I might talk about Open
Source and Open Data help the fight against Infectious Diseases at an
upcoming TEDx Event near Frankfurt:
http://www.tedxrheinmain.de/subject2change/

While the huge and often non-IT audience will require a more general
approach and STEM beside other topics like UCUM or HL7 might only be a part
of the presentation, I would certainly plan to present it in an appropriate
way, too.

I hope to know more after the holidays, and maybe meet either Jamie or
others while I'm at Oracle.
My trip is confirmed now, I'll arrive in the afternoon of Jan 7th and return
early morning of Jan 12th. Leaving especially Monday, Jan 9th before the JCP
F2F Meeting starts with slight freedom and time to meet. I don't know, if
I'd come all the way to Almaden, but somewhere between Milbrea and Santa
Clara or even San Jose station seems OK. Unless you wish to meet closer to
Oracle in Redwood City?

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,
Werner
