I have been using Eclipse 3.0.1. After I installed GEF 3.0.1; Java EMF
Model 1.0.2.1 and Visual Editor 1.0.2.1. Started Eclipse with -clean once.
I can not find Visual Editor option.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

You didn't mention EMF, (not Java EMF, that is actually part of VE, you
don't need to separately download Java EMF). You need EMF 2.0.1. The VE
download page points to the EMF that you would use.

EMF, not EMF SDO, though EMF SDO shouldn't be valid without EMF.
