How to cleanup the equinox cache at startup? [message #85571] Wed, 28 March 2007 17:44 Go to next message

I have a corrupted org.eclipse.osgi cache directory and when I boot equinox
later I am getting some weird package resolution problem but if I removed
the directory then the problem is gone. However, since I may have bundles
installed in the directory already and I am expecting to start the equinox
with those bundles and from what is in my config.ini so removing the
directory is not an option.

What is the right command line for EclipseStarter to cleanup the cache and
state information but not the bundles? I tried "-initialize" and it helps
but it doesn't already work.

I thought "-clean" will remove bundles too.
