| Lookup of Arbitration Server fails [message #762165] |

I'm getting the following error at eclipse startup. The application server is running. I see the servlets startup, and have done a server_status and verified the lookup servlet is still running and the support version is 0.9.9.v201112050003. I've also verified with netstat that there is a tcp listener with port number: 8089. I'm running on Linux and the install instructions are devoid of what user-id the application server should be running with. So this could be the issue.
