I read that ATL 2006 can make calls to Java (super helpers). Is there
documentation on how to do this?

cheers,

Hi Ian,

The ATL virtual machine can indeed call operations on EMF models.
For instance, it is possible to call the applyStereotype operation on
UML2!Class as if calling a user-defined helper.

Because this mechanism operates at the ATL Virtual Machine level it
works for any version of the ATL language.

As for calls to super helpers, I have just updated the wiki to document
how it works:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/ATL_2006#Calling_super_hel pers
