Hi,

I'm using a shared network installation of eclipse 3.0 on Linux.
Obviously, I can't change the shared installation but is there a way I can
add my own plugin for personal use. i.e. can I define my own
features/plugins directory which is read as well as that of the shared
installation?

TIA

Mike.

Yes, thi this generally posssible, but a far as i know it has to be
configured on the shared installation.

See "How can I share a plugin directory between developers ?" on
