Error on Starting AUT that is a RCP [message #759464]

When I try to start a AUT that is a executable that is a Eclipse RCP created by my project. The executable starts fine on its own but when I try to launch it from Jubula as AUT it fails. I get the following error any clues on what is causing it? I tried to pass the -Dosgi.locking=none in the AUT start setup and doesn't make any difference.

Locking is not possible in the directory "/home/carl/RCP_Studio/studio/configuration/org.eclipse.osgi". A common reason is that the file system or Runtime Environment does not support file locking for that location. Please choose a different location, or disable file locking passing "-Dosgi.locking=none" as a VM argument.
/home/carl/RCP_Studio/studio/configuration/org.eclipse.osgi/.manager/.fileTableLock (Permission denied)
