how do I create a standalone setup of my XText 2.1.1 project outside of Eclipse?

Depends on what you actually want to do: parsing (with or without Index?), code generation (using Xtend and/or MWE2) or editing? People have asked and answered the same question before so please use the search function on this forum and ye'ole internet.
