I am trying to referance a splash layout, and the code from my main.xml onto another document but I keep getting a message saying 'main cannot be resolved or is not a field'. Its the same thing with my buttons and when I try to use the code
"display = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.tvDisplay);", tvDisplay recieves the same message. Can somebody tell me how to fix this?
