Cannot run programs OSX [message #757417]

Hi, I've been trying to use eclipse to build projects in C++, but haven't been very successful.
I can build the project, but when I try to launch/Debug it, I get
"This selection cannot be launched, and there are no recent launches"
I'm running OSX Lion, and can build and run my projects through terminal, but this defeats the purpose in using eclipse... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
