Hi,
I am trying to use eclipse + PDT on a HUGE project (many file in many
directories)
The problem is that with this many files the caching / searching for who
knows what just takes to long.
Can anyone explain what is done step by step, when i create a new project
on an existing folder with all those files?
Can some features be turned off, to speed up / actualy enable any work on
such a project?
I would just require
* (Shift + R) (Open resource)
* and maybe fast opening of includedes
to work.
What kind of data is being cached?
And has this been thought of, that indexing to much data will result in
slow user experience?
Thank you for any response,
Maciej
