Unabel test Web Service with Web Service Explorer [message #84215]

I have got a problem. When i am testing a WSDL with the Web Service
Explorer m described in "Using Web Service Explorer to test a Web
service" tutorial I always get the same error:

IWAB0135E An unexpected error has occurred. 400

I tryed it with several WSDL fiels and I alget the same result. What could
be the reason?

The Web Services Explorer is receiving an "HTTP 400: Bad Request" from the Web
site it is trying to contact. This is either an error with the server (for
instance, there are documented cases - and a fix - of this with IIS), or the
WSE is sending incorrect traffic. Can you append here a couple of WSDL URLs
that you are trying, and detail the steps you are following thru the WSE that
lead to the error?

Have you resolved your problem about "IWAB0135E An unexpected error has occurred. 400"? I have met the same problem, hope you can help me if you have known. Thanks.
