Will Babel be supporting the creation of (and providing downloads for)
language packs for Eclipse 3.3 and 3.4 in parallel?

had me thinking that 3.4 is the priority, but then I saw that there are
3.3 fragments available at the download site:

http://www.eclipse.org/babel/downloads.php

So, is there a particular emphasis on one Eclipse release or the other?
