Steve,

You'll need to learn how to ask appropriate questions. For example, the
subject line should be descriptive of your problem. "I need help."
isn't even a question. This won't get you very far. Use Google, use
the documentation, and ask specific questions that help demonstrate
you've done at least as much work as will the people you're expecting to
answer your questions.
