Hi. I originally had this problem sporadically on Galileo, then it became permanent (no idea what changed - maybe an upgrade to Eclipse). So, in the hope that Indigo would be better, shifted. Indigo has the same problem, though now I've narrowed down the cause.
Basically, with Smart Insert enabled (in Java EE), copy doesn't work. Keyboard mappings are OK, and it even fails when using the Edit menu (Edit / Copy). "Fails" means it does nothing. Cut works, but it's a poor workaround. With Smart Insert disabled, copy works again, though a lot of functionality is lost, e.g. smart indenting.
This is not a paste problem - copy just fails to add the selected text to the clipboard, as confirmed by trying to paste into, e.g., Notepad. It seems to be sensitive to the type of text selected, as it will work if a word or two are selected, but will fail if a line or several lines are selected. Occasionally, it will work within a class/interface/method, but fails outside of class/interface/method. For example, select a couple of lines of text in another method to copy into the current method - won't copy.
This is on Windows Vista, FWIW.
Ideas?

Nope, works fine for me. I suggest you file a bug with steps to
reproduce if you still see this in Juno M2.
