I am a new guy to Equinox and going to use Equinox as the framework of my
system. I read the specification of OSGi 4.0 and find it difficult to
understand. Having been browsered all of the materials in the websites of
Equinox and OSGi, i can hardly find any sample codes on Equinox. I even dun
know how to write program which will be ran on Equinox.
I would like to have sample codes and implementation guide/tutorial on
Equinox. Do you have any suggestion for me?

It sort of depends on what level you are looking. All the material you
will find on writing "plugins" applies to writing "bundles" (they are
the same thing). So all the PDE tooling and wizards apply to using
Equinox etc. I suggest looking at the PDE Help doc.
If you are looking for OSGi tutorials, Alex mentioned a couple and I
would add
http://www.eclipse.org/equinox/documents/TutorialEclipseCon0 6.ppt

It would be great if that PPT could be converted into HTML. Not everyone has PowerPoint (or the free PowerPoint Viewer) installed on their systems. You never know, there might be a zero-day attack on PowerPoint sometime soon :-)
Seriously, it wouldn't be hard to convert in the MS tools, and then people would be able to link to pages directly?
Alex.
