Name missing for incoming changes within Synch view [message #723068]

I'm using Helios EE IDE, 3.6.2. When using "Team Synchronize" for a project, the subsequent Team Synchronize view does not include a person's name beside any incoming changes. I have to r-click each one and choose "Show in Resource History" to see who made the change. Other developers in the office all see the name. My view shows a number in parenthesis after each change. I have tried to find this within Eclipse and using Google to no avail. Does anyone know how I can get the number changed to show the person's name? I attached a sample screenshot of what I mentioned above. Thanks.
