Yes. The answer is Web Tooling Project (WTP):
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/
You can check several short tutorials to take an idea of what you can do
with this project:
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/community/community.html#tut orials

it's absolutely what i was looking for.
I was controlling MyEclipse, but you have to pay to use it...so this one
is better. :)
