build.xml for :pserver:dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/rt [message #716007]

I have downloaded code from :pserver:dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/rt repository.
But i do not know how to build it.

I need build.xml file. I could not find any build.xml file inside /cvsroot/rt repository.

I could find build.xml file at location

org.eclipse.rap\releng\org.eclipse.rap.releng\tooling\theming\build.xml
org.eclipse.rap\runtime.ui.test\org.eclipse.rap.ui.tests\data\org.eclipse.newMultiEditor\build.xml
org.eclipse.rap\runtime.ui.test\org.eclipse.rap.core.tests.harness\build-tests.xml

but none of these give the final jar like org.eclipse.rap.ui_1.4.0.20110614-2335.jar

Where can i find build.xml file??

Hi,

the project org.eclipse.rap\releng\org.eclipse.rap.releng is used to
build RAP. We're currently re-structuring our build process for RAP 1.5,
so it's changing frequently and I guess you'd rather wait some days
before trying to use it yourself. We're migrating to Maven/Tycho and
will add some README file when we're finished.

But normally, you shouldn't need to build RAP yourself. You can either
use the Export -> Deployable plugins and features wizard of the Eclipse
IDE or get a nightly build directly from our build servers.
