Can't bundle JRE when Delta Pack is installed [message #715951]

I am developing on Windows and it is important that I am able to bundle the JRE when I export my product. This was working fine until I installed the Delta Pack. Now when I export the product, the JRE is not included even when I un-tick "Export for multiple platforms" and just export for Windows.

I understand that it cannot bundle a MacOS JRE when I am building on a Windows platform for multiple platforms but I still need the ability to bundle the JRE when I build for Windows exclusively.

Is this a bug? Is there a way to get the JRE to bundle when I have Delta Pack installed?
