RCP to RAP: How difficult? [message #75484] Tue, 09 September 2008 20:23 Go to next message

We have an Eclipse RCP application that we want to put on the web. RAP
seems to be the way to go, but the description of that conversion seems
pretty vague ("you have to rewrite most of the code"). Could someone make
this clearer, or point me to any tutorials as to how I go about converting
our RCP application to an RAP-ready application?

Thanks,
Adam

I suggest that you pose this question on the RAP newsgroup,
eclipse.technology.rap.

The Examples project has an example of an application that runs on both
RAP and RCP. It was written with this duality in mind, and--as an
example--is relatively simple, but it may give you some ideas.
