under project->properties. I right clicked project name to get to context
menu and found properties. In that, there were "info", "cvs", "external
tool builders" and "project references". There is no "build path". Where

It has to be a Java project. Create a java project and it should be
there. There is probably a way to make a non-java project a java
project, but I do not remember.
