CVS: Module already exists when sharing new project [message #74242] Thu, 10 July 2003 13:36
Eclipse UserFriend
I have recently installed a CVS server 1.11.6 on Solaris and I am trying
to share a project for the first time from Eclipse (2.1.1). When I click
'Finish' in the Share Project wizard, it tells me that the module already
exists remotely (even though it does not).

I know CVS works, from the command line and from WinCVS I can import,
checkout etc and everything works fine. I have also tried this several
times with different project names.

Has anybody seen this problem?

I have also noticed that I cannot see any existing modules from the CVS
repository perspective. Nothing appears under the HEAD. Not sure if this
is related.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
