There's a couple of cheap (or free?) plugins that do UML - search for
the UML category at http://www.eclipse-plugins.info.
If you want big-time tools you can consider the Rational Application
Developer suite from IBM. And Borland also has a Together version that
is Eclipse-compatible. These tools are not cheap, but are considered
"enterprise-class" toolkits (whatever that means).
