Missing template in the latest BIRT install...... [message #72990]

I have downloaded 'birt-report-framework-1_0_1.zip. When i try to create a
report, its missing the 'Letter' template. How do we get that template. I
want to use birt for the creations of Blank Forms that will be completed
by hand. The only functionality that I want is the PDF cretaion of those
documents. Can somebody please help.
