What's going on? [message #6446] Sun, 27 July 2003 22:07 Go to next message

Are we going to develop a webtools project? Or is this newsgroup going to be
a wishlist that never gets fulfilled? Who is leading this project? What is
the development schedule? I'm waiting for some direction. Is anybody doing
anything? or are we just going to become an announcment avenue for
Entereprise Workbench (good environment)? It's already been a month and a
half since this project started and I have seen nothing indicating any
coordinated development effort or even planning. 3.0 is already at the M2
build let's get off the crapper or at least display an agenda.

Thanks,

Brandon Goodin

There have been a number of offers of help and contribution over the last
few weeks but there hasn't even been an acknowledgement!!

If there is a Project Management Committee out there, then can you respond
and let us know you exist, otherwise we'll all start wondering if this
project is just a 'Pie in the Sky' (see
http://phrases.shu.ac.uk/meanings/282700.html).

Regards,

Joss

Dear gentleman

The same here. I'm about to have some holidays and will spend them for other
interesting projects now.

Why don't we just seize initiative, nominate a Lead and distribute other
roles and responsibilites, and start defining things on our own ;o)
