Just installed VE and on the palette there is no support for SWT. Is there
some configuration parameter I need to set?

Cheers

Managed to get the SWT palette to display, but now when I try to add a
component to an SWT composite I get a NoSuchMethod error. On the composite
itself I get a warning saying 'Widget is disposed".

Any ideas?

Cheers

Managed to view SWT on the palette, but now I'm getting a 'Widget is
disposed' on an SWT composite, and if I try to add a SWT button, a "No
such method error".

Any ideas?

Do you use jdk1.4.1?
VE needs 1.4.2 because of a java-beans problem in 1.4.1.
