Hello,

I've just downloaded Eclipse for Windows 32 bit. The tutorial for helloworld did great in the console window did great.

Unfortunately I am getting an error when using the SWT application.
I cannot import the SWT perspective AND get an error when I try to let Eclipse do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, note that SWT has it's own dedicated forum group.
Questions that are highly specific to SWT usually get more attention
there than in this Newcomers group.
Second, you haven't really done a good job of explaining exactly what
you tried to do, exactly what your expected result is, and exactly what
the actual result was. You seem to be somewhat confused about
terminology, as there is no "SWT perspective" and "get an error" and
"try to let Eclipse do it" aren't nearly clear enough for someone to
provide useful help.

The quality of answers is directly proportional to the quality of the
question.
