Hi, all,

I noticed a extension in my plugin.xml named
"org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part1.Application",
however, in the "Run an application" option, I could only find
"org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part1.application".

My question is as title: is Eclipse case-sensitive?

AFAIK yes.
In your case the extension ID is Application when the application id is
application
Two very different stuffs.
