How can I easily bind the collection index (EList#indexOf(Object)) to a
ViewerColumn ?

I'd prefer an IObservableMap-Binding as I make use of the Move-Command
and therefore would get BOTH Cell-Updates for free.

Not yet possible. You'd have to write your own property. Maybe you could
file a bugzilla so that I can take a look once I have time ;-)
