For consistency with other Modeling Project wiki docs, I've
moved/renamed a number of M2M documents. If I've screwed anything up,
please feel free to fix it. This was also done so that the long names,
(eg, "Operational QVT") meshed properly with their shortnames (eg.,
"QVTO"). As such, Procedural is now Operational, and Declarative is now
Relational.
