I see the demo
(http://swtbot.sourceforge.net/screencasts/sneakPreview.html), but don't
understand what is do?

If someone explains me that?

That was recorded about a year ago, and is there because nobody had the
time to remove it.

It just shows the initial capabilities of SWTBot, during the pre-1.0 days.
