I've followed the all the steps in the "How to Deploy a RAP Application
to a Servlet Container?" in the RAP Dev guide, but when I try to access
the demo (running under Tomcat 5.5) I get the following error:

The requested resource (ProxyServlet: /demo/) is not available.

I've successfully deployed the rapdemo.war (linked in the above help)
and it runs fine.

I'm running this on:

Eclipse Modeling Tools
Version: Indigo Release
Build id: 20110615-0604
