I was wondering if anyone had any experience with including a JVM within
an installer, liek what RAD does. so that once the product is
installed, it's good to go. No sending the user off to download
anything or anything like that.
If anyone knows anything about this, or a place to point me to please
let me know. any help woudl be much appreciated!

I did this with the InstallAnywhere. Just install it in eclipse/jre and you
are good to go.
