cant find a free socket for the debugger-galileo eclipse [message #674612]

Hi All,
I re-install my laptop and all of a sudden I cant debug my projects using eclipse galileo.
I used to work with eclipse on this laptop and everything was ok(debug...)
it gives me the following error while pressing the debug button:
"cant find a free socket for the debugger"
I see in the error log that the plugin related to this error is:
org.eclipse.jdt.launching

use:vista 64 bit
tried to turn off firewall,anti virus,re-install java jdk-6u24-windows-i586
nothing helped,need to finish my homeworks-please help
