Hello! I have a problem when I make a new Android project to work with the Visual Editor plugin 1.5.0 I use Eclipse version 3.6.2 I get the following error;

An internal error occurred during: "Create Remote VM for Visual Editor for Java".
IWAV0171E Could not create a socket connection to remote vm. This is often due to your firewall blocking access from your java to do local access.

Disable the firewall and anti virus and it still fails I can do to correct this error, this does not happen when I do a Java Projects

It's not clear what you are trying to do. Android projects don't use
anything that's built with the Visual Editor. The Android tool has it's
own editor for designing Android UIs.

Hi Eric, thanks for answering and sorry I do not speak much English.

I am new to this. I'm learning to program and wanted to make an application for Android, and searching the Internet, a law that Eclipse is the best for what I do, which is scheduled for Android Java, very similar to Visual Studio is the IDE I know. I say that Android has its own tool pair so could you explain a little of that this tool? Garcias for your help.
