cmd window not stay open [message #674429]

I am new to Eclispe CDT and I have successfully created a simple Hello World C++ application. However, when I double clicked the executable "hello.exe" file, the DOS command Window do not stay open, it opened one second and then closed, how to make the application window open ? I am using Windows7.
