In Virgo 3.0.0M4, Can Spring events get chained up to Bundle Events ?

If I created a spring-powered bundle A (as Bundle Event producer), when spring context in bundle A is refreshed, Can bundle A get restarted or updated by itself and emitting OsgiBundleCOntextRefreshedEvent to Virgo Standard Extender as the response of contained spring context refresh event?

OSGI Event Admin Service seems a bridge to bring them together, after reading "Spring DM In Action" chapter 11 section 3-"Spring DM's Event Admin Service Support.
