Hello All,

When I try and run a Servlet "Run on Server" the web browsing window opens up but then it asks if I want to save the file. The only way I can see the Servlet in a browser is by opening the saved file in a browser.

I am using the latest Eclipse and TomCat 7.

Thanks in advance for the help.

John

I'm not certain I understand what you're describing. Is the result of
your servlet XML output or something?

As a stab in the dark, I have a suggestion: right-click on the Tomcat
server in the Server view (usually down at the bottom of your workbench)
and start/restart it. (This is instead of right-cliking some file in
your project and choosing Run on Server.) Then, open a Chrome browser
and type the servlet URI into the address line (and press Enter). (If
you use Firefox, you'll probably get the same behavior you're condemning
in Eclipse.)

This *might* show what you're after.

Good luck.
